Mike Langston - President

Mike is the driving force of the company, in charge of Operations and Development. From the beginning, Mike has been a "hands on" owner, involved in every aspect of the daily operation of the company. Mike does the estimating, scheduling and especially the Quality Control and Quality Assurance for Langston Concrete. Mike usually works from 25 to 30 hours a day, about 8 or 9 days a week, and spends nearly every waking moment on the phone.

Becky Langston - Vice President

Becky is the heart and soul of the company, in charge of Finance and Administration. Always with her hand on the pulse of the company, Becky makes sure that all of the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. All of the financial, administrative and support functions are directed by Becky to make sure that Mike and his crews have all of the resources that they need to get the job done. She only works a few more hours per week than Mike but she still manages to maintain the feeling of family in this family owned business.

Casey Langston - Megan Burrell-Office Receptionists

Megan & Casey are the "voice" of the company and will almost always be the first person that you speak with when you call. They provide support for our customers & the field operations, from coordinating hotel rooms for out of town jobs, to ensuring that all of the paperwork and documentation gets to the office. They makes sure that everyone has what they need, when they need it and where they need it.

Wayne Caldwell - Lester Gribble - Doug Cagney

Supervisors for our Concrete Division, these guys are the artisans that deliver the outstanding quality that Langston Concrete is known for. With close to 50 years combined experience in concrete operations they have done it all. Their leadership ensures that all of our concrete projects are completed safely and efficiently, with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Their attention to every detail on a job, from the accuracy of the concrete mix design to exactly how many olives belong on a large supreme pizza, ranks them among the best in the industry.

Rick Langston - Zac Langston

Supervisors for our Earthworks Division, this group of craftsmen are as down-to-Earth as they come. From excavation, earthmoving, surface mining to aggregate production - this team delivers the horsepower needed to move mountains. Their years of experience and talents at operating large machinery allow these men to produce thousands of tons of quality aggregates, create precision excavations or even decorate a cake with a Hitachi 450 Zaxis.

Jeffrey "Radar" Green - Guadalupe "Lupe" Anzar - Gary Thompson

Gentlemen of The Road, these professionals make up our Transportation Division, delivering the equipment and machinery that keep the Concrete and Earthworks crews moving. Along with heavy hauling, they also deliver our high quality aggregate products to our customers. Safety and courtesy over millions of miles on the road (and almost as many years) set these men apart from the rest.

Scott Richardson

Scott is the "nuts and bolts" of the company. He and his group of mechanics keep the wheels turning on all of Langston Concrete's equipment. Dedication and long hours are the hallmarks of Scott's profession. With a keen eye and intuition for mechanical systems, he keeps the machinery at Langston Concrete running like a Swiss watch (which he uses to keep track of his overtime hours).
